One of the reasons I want to visit Singapore is the food. The amount of Singapore style restaurants coming in India has given Italian and French restaurants a run of its money. One such restaurant in Delhi is Rigo at Maju ka Tila that specializes in Tibetan and Singaporean food along with many others.
My first encounter with Singaporean food was Wok Tossed Fish served as a sea food starter. Undoubtedly I can say that this is one of the best sea food dishes I have ever had. Served with seven combination sauce is what make it worth every penny that you pay for.
Since Rigo I have tried many different varieties of Wok Tossed Fish, a variation of it is served with Black Beans and then there is schezwan style one that I once had in Lucknow. Now that I came across http://discover.stayfareast.com/ I can’t wait to explore more varieties of Singaporean food as soon as possible.
